We’ve posted every leg of Dwayne Johnson’s Hercules workout. Finally, we come to the diet plan he used during his training for the movie. With it, also comes Matt Stonie’s attempt to eat the entire daily meal plan in one sitting. It’s a lot of food. I don’t feel like doing all of that math, but at a quick glance the diet seems to be 350 – 375g of protein and somewhere in the vicinity of 350 -400g carbs per day. Tack on the fat grams to that and Johnson’s entire daily caloric consumption during his hercules training is probably somewhere between 3,750 and 4,250 calories per day. Not exactly child’s play.
