Chad Ochocinco's Twitter account tends to alternate between funny and annoying. He seems to be the kind of guy you love at the beginning of a road trip, then get tired of three states in.

Interesting question, 85. A quick Google search seems to reveal no real right answer here, although I did find this story about African tribes reusing condoms by boiling them.
My guess, though, is that you can probably afford to buy a new pack.
