Jason Sudeikis, Paul Rudd and Johnny Knoxville Tried to Hit Against Major League Pitching, Succeeded in Making People Laugh

A bunch of celebrities descended on Kansas City over the weekend to take part in a charity event. The band of famous people proved beyond a reasonable doubt they are professional laugh-makers and not athletes.

Here’s a taste of the kind of skills on display.

Jason Sudeikis, Paul Rudd, Johnny Knoxville and David Koechner took some full-speed batting practice off Royals pitcher Jeremy Guthrie. While no one did particularly well, it’s safe to say Knoxville did the best — according to this edited footage.

I honestly can’t believe they let these guys face 90 mph heat without helmets. Their faces are their livelihood.

Guthrie literally held the fate of Bro comedies in his hand. Glad he threw strikes.
