PICS: Carson Palmer Lists Del Mar Estate For $25 Million And, Good God, That’s A Lot Of Coin

If you weren’t already jealous as all hell of professional athletes, get ready to blow a fucking gasket, because these guys aren’t just making serious cash by playing a sport for a living, but they seem to have figured out that real estate is a pretty nice way to make some serious cash, too.

Yesterday I wrote about how NBA MVP Steph Curry just scooped a new mansion in the San Fran East Bay Area, and today I saw that Arizona Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer is listing a house of his in Del Mar, Ca. for an insane $25 million—and there’s no salary cap the NFL can put on that to stop the former No. 1 overall pick from cashing in.

Originally bought in 2010 for $4.4 million by the signal-caller, the 8,000-square-foot house includes three stories, six bedrooms, eight baths, five fireplaces, an infinity-edge swimming pool, tennis/hoops courts and a view that would make even the wealthiest bachelor jealous.

Take a look at what Palmer is giving away, via the L.A. Times with pics provided by Realtor.com:

With Palmer playing at an MVP level and helping guide his Cards to a, potential, NFC West title and, hopeful, Super Bowl run, 2015 looks like it could be the year of the Palmer if he gets even close to asking price on this property.
