There’s a right way and a wrong way to do things. Especially important things like removing a pesky loose tooth.

For example, vigorously wiggling it around in the hopes it will pop free is the wrong way. Why? Because it’s boring as hell.

Bryan Clay, who won the gold medal in decathlon at the 2008 Olympics, showcased his spectacular fathering skills and arm strength all at once.
