ESPN issued an apology this afternoon for Brent Musburger’s pervy Katherine Webb comments last night. They did not however apologize for showing her incessantly during the first half. Here’s their PR man Mike Soltys with an explanation.

However, we apologize that the commentary in this instance went too far and Brent understands that.
