Ahead of a crucial NLCS Game 3, Chicago native Bill Murray did what he does best and brought the comedy for a pregame interview on ESPN. Among his notable takes were that he could definitely be a decent player/manager for the Cubs, and that the scene at Wrigley Field tonight is stuff of his childhood dreams.
Check out what the legend had to say.
We’ll see if Bill Murray’s presence brings the Cubbies any luck tonight. At the time of publication, they’re tied 1-1 with the Mets in the top of the 3rd inning.
UPDATE: Despite Bill Murray’s hopes, Daniel Murphy just went yard AGAIN for the 5th consecutive game this MLB Postseason. The Cubs trail the Mets 2-1.
