If there was such a thing as a "social media agent," Jaguars DE Austen Lane would be the field's Drew Rosenhaus. There hasn't been as prolific a day-planner since...ever. 

My only alteration would be to scratch the optional instagram at 11:00, and add one to the 3 15 "tweet people I'm eating." Not only does this switch-up give the instagrams a bit more balance in terms of timing, but its always a good move to show the folks exactly what you're eating. This would also likely provoke followers to respond with jealous comments about how good the food looks, which would enable Lane to get his "shine" and "grind" on with some all-star tweet replies.
