Augie Garrido, head coach of the University of Texas baseball team, knows how to motivate his boys. And, considering he has 1,629 wins (more than any other coach in NCAA Division I baseball history) and has taken 12 trips to the College World Series, his methods obviously f-ing work, Here's an f-ing epic clip of Garrido cursing like a sailor during one of his legendary rants. It's from Richard Linklater's 2009 "Inning By Inning: A Portrait of a Coach" doc*mentary. If you're at work, probably wouldn't be a bad idea to throw in some headphones for all the NSFW language in this f-ing awesome clip. Pretty Garrido was going for a world record of most f-bombs in a single speech when this was filmed.
