The awesome part of the Arena Football League is that fans are really part of the action. The bad part of the Arena Football League for this fan is that he is really part of the action. During the AFL game between the Spokane Shock and Arizona Rattlers this overzealous fan stretched leaned onto the field to make a catch, but got completely smashed in the head by a Spokane Shock receiver by his helmet. 15-yard penalty for helmet-to-head contact. Looks like the AFL now has a concussion problem as well.
