Andrew Bogut Accuses LeBron James Of Jumping Into Cameraman On Purpose

LeBron James suffered a nasty gash to the back of his head after colliding with a cameraman early on in last night’s Game 4. The wound, as most head wounds tend to do, just didn’t want to heal.

As you can see, the person most responsible for this injury is Golden State’s Andrew Bogut, who shoved an airborne James into the photographers.

But after the game, Bogut said the person most responsible for the injury is none other than James.

“I think he jumped into the cameraman,” Bogut said when asked to give his perspective on the play. “Yeah, I think he came down and took two steps and then fell into the cameraman. I definitely, definitely didn’t hit him that hard.”

When the reporter replied by saying, “That’s how you saw it?” Bogut said, “No, that’s how it was. If you look at the replay, you can see the two steps being taken and then him falling into the camera. That’s what we saw on the replay, and that’s what my teammates saw.”

James exaggerating contact seems to be a common complaint among the Warriors. Andre Iguodala mocked the Cavs star’s theatrics after getting fouled later in the game.

You know, theatrics like those displayed by every other player in the NBA.

Anyway. I guess I can concede Bogut has a point here. On the other hand, I bet there’s no blood without the hard foul.

Common sense, guys. Don’t sleep on it.
