Let’s get this out out of the way. Hooters has the best wings of any chain restaurant. It’s not even close. Don’t even come to me with that Buffalo Wild Wings BS. Just don’t. Any pure bred American knows Hooters is the best—which brings me to this pic of Rex and Rob Ryan.
