You’ve probably heard the name Tony Picard or at the very least seen this picture. Picard, a 6’4″ 400 lb high school running back has become quite the story the last few days. Good Morning America talked to him today and learned that he also plays basketball. Let me guess, point guard right?
Picard has 700 yards and 15 touchdows on the season for White Swan High School in Yakima, Wash. Sadly, he hasn’t been recruited heavily by any major schools, though Central Washington and Idaho have called. Perhaps now, he’ll get some attention, if only for his deft touch at the free throw line.
