Morgantown, West Virginia-based rookie rapper D-WHY randomly dropped this song "for the fans" yesterday, and we have to say that it's easily the greatest rap tribute to Kate Upton we've come across (we consider ourselves well-versed in these things). It's a little treat called "Kate Upton Is The Motto," which features D-Why waxing and spitting about everyone's favorite Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue Rookie of the Year/GQ Hot Body of the Year/Dougie Pro/Staring contest champ. We're really digging D-Why's sound and listened to this cut on repeat at least five times. It's great stuff. Keep your antennas up in 2012, as we expect him to do big things with his "Don’t Flatter Yourself" mixtape. A visually-enticing music video and download link after the jump.
Obviously Kate Upton is going to have a HUGE 2012. In only a year, Upton has firmly established herself on the Mount Rushmore of American Models. That's pretty damn impressive. Amazing to think that 2011 was just the beginning of the Upton era. It kinda makes us wonder if D-Why is onto something here. What are the chances she becomes a hip-hop siren/muse a la Amber Rose, getting shout-outs from all the big players in the game next year? Or just straight up starts dating Kanye? The possibilities seem infinite at this point.
