I can't begin to tell you how many lazy weekend mornings I spent as a kid flipping channels, stumbling on a Bob Ross marathon, then somehow sitting, entranced, as the man created magic on canvases in just 30 minutes. He was a legend, and his untimely death in 1995 meant the "Joy of Painting" would always just exist for me in reruns. So kudos to PBS for creating this fantastic remix—one on par with the network's previous video on Mister Rogers. Look at all those happy little clouds.
Now with PBS remixes of Mister Rogers and Bob Ross out of the way, we humbly again ask for one more remix: George Carlin, Shining Time Station, Thomas the Tank Engine. It can be done, PBS. And it will be your crowning achievement.
