Can you say AWESOME? Kendrick Lamar might be owning the rap spotlight right now, but let's talk about Wu-Tang's rise from the ashes for a second. Last night the group reunited (as much as Wu can possibly reunite) to perform "Six Directions of Boxing" from RZA's soundtrack for "The Man With the Iron Fists" in Studio 6B, Rockefeller Center. In the words of Jimmy Fallon: "It is not easy to get these guys together in the same place at the same time!" I guess having The Roots as your house band helps. The performance was liquid kung-fu magic.
