Respects the original, but Posner dabbles with this in a way that's very "him," adding his own lyrics that mesh nicely with the chorus. Like Posner,  British talent Sheeran has gone from relative obscurity to the big stage in a pretty short amount of time. "The A Team" is up for song of the year at Sunday's Grammys, and is performing alongside some lesser known dude named Elton John.
