Another week, another interesting cover of an indie rock folkhero from Larry Dollaz, Mac Miller's producing alias. After covering Bright Eyes' "First Day of My Life" last week, Mac takes on Elliott Smith's "Angeles." Forunately for Elliott Smith fans, the Pittsburgh rapper doesn't ruin it with a bunch of goofy verses. In fact, he keeps the coffeehouse tune pretty straightforward. Makes us wonder if there's an indie rock EP in his future. Check it out.
