Chugging beer is tough but delicious. Throwing back a bottle of fish sauce, on the other hand, is disgusting and damn near impossible unless you’re Pat Bertoletti.

Yesterday we watched a guy leisurely chug 3 pints of Guinness, but this is far more impressive. I guess that’s what happens when you let a professional eater take the wheel. If you’re oblivious to what fish sauce is, Wikipedia’s definition should give you a good picture of how revolting it is – “an amber-colored liquid extracted from the fermentation of fish with sea salt.” Yeah, nothing about that sounds the least bit appetizing. In fact, it’s disgusting. I’ve seen Pat Bertoletti chug 5.7 liters of Miller Lite, but this is a totally different brand of pain. Deep Dish, I salute you and your awesome hat.
