Do you like the Fresh Prince and fresh bread? Of course you do! Just don’t combine them or you’ll end up with this science video titled “Fresh Bread of Bel-Air.” It’s quite possibly the worst use of the Fresh Prince theme song we’ve ever seen.
The lesson is a much needed one, especially as someone who’s attempted to bake beer bread before, but the delivery just didn’t work for me and might have ruined the song forever. Now every time I got to pick up baking soda because my fridge smells I’m going to picture this guy rapping in the aisle. Sure it will help me remember which produces CO2, but at what cost? Maybe if I watch a dog re-enacting the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” opening enough times I’ll be able to forget about the previous 5 minutes.
