The Mustang turns 50 this year. Ford is celebrating with a limited edition model that’ll make your eyeballs sweat.
Here are the specifics on the 2015 Limited Edition Mustang:
All vehicles are powered by a V8 5.0-liter naturally-aspirated engine which churns out more than 420 bhp and 390 lb-ft of torque. This limited edition Mustang also features 19-inch alloy wheels shod in Pirelli P Zero high-performance summer tires and a Brembo breaking system.
There is choice in transmission — manual or automatic — but there isn’t much wiggle room in the color — only Wimbledon White or Kona Blue is available. Only 1,964 limited edition Mustangs will be built and the cars don’t go on sale until the Fall.
The 50th anniversary Mustang will have it’s coming out party at the 2014 New York Auto Show.
