If you saw a drunk guy stumbling around the street, what would you do? If you said, “pull out your camera and record it,” you’re just like these people.
I don’t know when we decided that YouTube videos were more important than ensuring drunk people don’t kill themselves, but it’s getting ridiculous. I like a drunken stumbler as much as the next guy, but at some point you need to put the camera down and help a dude out. The man filming from the street was nice enough to half-heartedly try to keep him out of traffic, but he wasn’t doing a very good job. Then when Frazier went down, no one could be bothered to check if he cracked his skull open. At least no one yelled “WOOOOOORLD STAAAAAR!”
