Brew Dogs make inhalable beer in San Francisco

By / 10.04.13

Brew Dogs isn’t just an Esquire show about finding great craft beer in America, the Scottish nightmare twins are also creating absurd beers. They used some crazy MIT technology to turn San Francisco’s most famous ingredient, fog, into beer.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen inhalable alcohol. It’s been in YouTube videos and even in bars before. It’s the first time I’ve seen a beer intentionally created to be vaporized though. I really does open up a world of flavor possibilities. I’m also happy to be the guinnea pig for the vapor booze diet. Where can you sign up for something like that? Someone has to be doing a study.
