With the price of bacon rising, it’s time to turn to alternative methods to get our pork fat fix. What better source than vodka?
• One whole egg
• 1 ½ oz Bakon Vodka
• 1 oz Irish cream
• ½ oz Maple syrup
Shake vigorously and pour into a flip glass (or wine glass). Grate fresh nutmeg on top.
It’s not all that different than a regular vodka flip (vodka, cream, egg, sugar), but it’s oh so much better. Why? Because bacon. How dare you question me. I would even go so far as to garnish this cocktail with a nice crispy strip.
If you’re not 21 yet, you could always try bacon pixie stix instead.
