Not so long ago, we brought you the video of a wannabe Captain America chasing down a policeman and berating him for speeding. We’ve now found his Russian counterpart, who is infinitely less scream-y.

He was apparently upset that a couple of policemen weren’t wearing their seat belts in a patrol car and one of them was chatting on his cell phone -- unacceptable behavior according to Super Important Russian Police Laws.

While I’m less moved than others who find this type of citizen’s call-out as badass, I’ll admit would never, ever tell a policeman off. Giant p*ssy right here.
