I speculate that's what happened to her because this is the same way my cousin cleaned off his baby when the infant took a dump in the yard this summer. Based on her looks, you could argue a number of other things, like some kind of yumzone discharge was going down, but my best guess is she snapped into a tainted Slim Jim, her lower-intestine disagreed with it and that caused all stool to break loose.
