File this one under "the more Bros know." Knowing how to do CPR is a skill every Bro should have (the Heimlich Maneuver is another), but it turns out that for a long time, everyone was doing it wrong. Last year, a new scientific study recommended that everyone stop doing mouth-to-mouth when trying to revive someone who's in cardiac arrest. The reason? Unless the victim's been stuck under a frozen lake for an hour, more than likely he or she's got enough oxygen in his or her lungs to survive. Instead, you should really focus exclusively on getting her heart pumping again, through chest compressions. Enter Vinnie Jones, the awesome British actor from "Lock, Stock" and "Snatch," who's here to teach you how to do CPR the right way: "hard and fast and hands-only." This commercial is meant for a British audience, so obviously replace things like "999" for "911," but otherwise, this is all you need to know on how to save someone's life.

One thing I learned, which I was always curious about, was whether it was necessary to actually break the victim's ribs to get to the heart. Turns out it's cool: "Better a cracked rib than him kicking the bucket."
