WOW. The dorm room of the future has arrived. It's complete with an Electric Daisey Carnival-worthy light show, a "romantic mode" to set the mood, and a voice-activated everything. Someone get this guy a beer...

Here's the story: During his freshman year at UC Berkeley, YouTuber Dereklmy here set out to create "BRAD": Berkeley Ridiculously Automated Dorm. It's the "most ridiculously automated dorm room in the school ever," which is presuming there's been a lot of automated dorms in the schools history. It took him "three months and several hundred dollars" to complete, though we could see it easily being a few grand. The only thing it seems to be missing is that dorm room robot that fires cold beers via an iPhone App. The video is a must-watch.
