Not a bad move to have in your arsenal. 

While I'm not exactly the expert of all things large vehicles (The one time I drove an RV, I got pulled over by an Alabama State Trooper who proceeded to call me "the worst fuckin' driver he's ever seen in his entire life"--granted, he recanted after his initial blow-up, but this happened), this seems like it'd take some pretty uncanny skillage to properly pull off. Kudos to YouTube and too much free time.
