"Before and after" supplement ads are a staple of men's health magazines. They always show a bloated guy with substantial muscle mass and then an after picture of him looking shredded. 4 weeks of using supplement "X" is usually to thank for his "miraculous" transformation. And although the supplement brand is confident the general public will also benefit from their little chemistry project, the ad always notes that the "results shown are not typical." This is probably because the results shown are a sham that can be obtained in 5 hours.
