Eastern Europe: You never fail to disappoint.

In this video taken by the Romanian government's Department for Organized Crime and Terrorism, we see a gang of bandits drive up behind a moving truck, climb out of the sunroof of the car, then surf on top of the hood while attempting to pry open the back of the truck.

The videos real laughs come at the end. The thieves discover that there's nothing of value in the truck, forcing them to abandon the ridiculously dangerous mission.
