Woah. This screaming cheerleading mom at a Louisiana state high school cheerleading competition is INTENSE. Perhaps even a little bit unsettling, given the general public stigma associated with cheerleading moms (cough, cough). The best quotes from this lady, tacky Christmas-colored Hula skirt and all: "Nail it!" and “Throw that swagger!" Perhaps the climax of the video comes at the end, when the gymnasium's public address system announces a missing child. Considering what we just saw, it's a mighty awkward moment. For her daughter's sake, we hope Archbishop Hannan High School's team won.
Here's what the YouTube uploader HogAlleyHogs had to say about the video:
Here's some video I shot at the 2011 LHSAA Cheer & Dance Competition held in Lake Charles December 3, 2011. Mom cheering on her daughter from Archbishop Hannan High School. Possibly the best 2 minutes of the whole competition. I'm sure her daughter was proud to have her there.
