The Gregory Brothers, best known for auto-tuning the news, joined forces with the New York Times (unsure if this is a good sign, or proof of the impending apocalypse) to create this riveting "Op-Doc" about Presidential hopefuls Barack Obama and Mittens Romney.

The best part about this sh*t is that through jest, it shows us how silly a lot of this rally-speak is. Politics is one of the more reactionary arenas out there, often dominated by charismatic personalities saying sh*t audiences want to hear, spun in a way that's somehow antagonistic towards an opposing party, despite them both often wanting the same things. Buzz phrases like "a better America," "self-made," "cost of healthcare," "middle class," and a bunch of other empty words are thrown around more than Andy Moore and I throw around the basketball we have in the office. (There's cool, and then there's publish your inside jokes to a mass audiences cool.)

All in all, a good job of auto-tuning the innane truth.
