While it may look like something straight out of an ESPN "The Ocho" spoof, the World Burping Federation (WBF) held its Championships in New York City this past weekend. The winner was a pizza chef by the name of Tim Janus, who pregramed the festivities with approximately two gallons of Diet Coke and Mountain Dew. 18.1 seconds is a new world record. 

This is so unwatchable to the point that its impossible not to watch. Pay close attention to the :37 second mark, where the only thing missing is a pump-up speech from the Patches O'Houlihan of professional burping.
