Is that a meth lab in your pants or are you just happy to see me?

Oklahoma Highway Patrolman Shiloh Hall pulled over 54-year-old Davis Williams early Friday morning. After giving a ticket the officer smelled chemicals protruding from the SUV. Williams then jumped out of the truck and attempted to escape the officer. A struggle ensued and then meth began leaking down his leg after the portable meth lab exploded. Williams was arrested for manufacturing a controlled and dangerous substance. 

How bad do you need meth that you would nestle a combustible soda bottle full of a mixture that can give you severe skin burns right next to your junk?
