This is a small bit of justice for all of us who've been arrested or ticketed or tased or beaten with a riot baton for pissing in public. Some of these cops spring to action so quickly that you'd swear they've never had drain themselves in public before. I was kind of hoping that one of them just billy-clubbed the guy in the back of the head without even confirming that he, in fact, was pissing. That would have made this video hilarious.
