Proud Badger alum Anders Holm, who you know now as Bro legend Ders from our favorite generation-embodying show Workaholics, was awarded a rare honor for such a youngish dude. He spent the first half of the commcement speech making odd jokes and discussing how terrible of a student he was, only to go on and drop some pretty solid advice--basically telling students they'll never get anywhere if they don't figure out where they want to start.
