This story is as nice as the audio for the first five seconds of the video is bad.

An Australian man (judging by the cell phone, in the '90's, I think?) suffered a heart attack, crashed his car, and was in the process of getting his life together when a local news broadcast tagged him around to do a story on his fortunes since his accidents and health problems—he had gotten engaged, found a new job, and won some scratch off a lottery scratch-off ticket.

It was when he was reenacting his lottery win for the news cameras that this unreal thing happened. (And going back to that first sentence—you really want to turn the volume down for the first five seconds. It turns out local, decade-old Australian news broadcasts aren't great for the speakers.)
