Part of me thinks this is staged. Actually, a LOT of me thinks this is staged. As obnoxious as the guy's singing is, what kind of creep just randomly starts filming some guy on the subway rocking out to his jams on the train? It's New York, I see a guy like this on every single commute. Regardless, consider it a cautionary tale for just how easy it'd be for someone to steal your insanely-overpriced Beats headphones if you sit near the door on a train. Then again, the dude was being loud and really, really annoying, so... justice served?
