It's easy: Walk around awkwardly with a giant golf umbrella until you find a group of hot, sunbathing ladies in bikinis. A beach or a college quad on a warm spring day should work. Extend said umbrella so that it covers up the rays of the sun from hitting their bodies. Step three?
