In this clip, DEA Administrator Michele Leonhart delivers a testimony to Congress that reaches levels of cluelessness about drug addiction not seen since your mom asked you if you ever "huffed grass."

Leonhart is so bad and her answers are so uninformed and logically unsound, that she actually appears to be under the influence of some sort of pharmaceutical during the testimony. Not that we'd ever say Leonhart, who is partly responsible for regressive marijuana laws in this country, would ever use prescription drugs. No, we'd never say that.
