When people get tattoos the first thing everyone asks is, "Did it hurt?" Well when anyone asks Stephen if it hurt, he can confidently say, "yea it hurts like crap."

This pansy kid had his mommy take him to the tattoo parlor to get a tattoo for his 18th birthday while his brother Justin Bieber took video of the special event. Stephen has the same tolerance for pain as a toddler because he's spazzes out as soon as the needle hits his baby skin. After several attempts Stephen can't take the excruciating pain anymore so he calls the tattoo artist a "weirdo" and storms out of the store. If I was that tattoo artist I definitely would have drawn a c*ck on this whiny little brat's arm. Bad job by mom here; if you know that your son is a little b*tch, than you need to grind up some Percocets and mix it in with his Hannah Montana cereal before he goes to get his tattoo.

Is the video fake? Probably. Is the kid a little sissy boy? Absolutely.
