Back in April we posted about Andrew Hales "Not You-ing" his fellow students at Utah Valley University. His latest prank is trying to hold people's hands in public, which comes across as a little bit creepy and all kinds of awkward. Maybe it's just an East Coast thing about personal space, but I'm not sure how he pulled this off without getting his ass kicked.
