In America it seems that everyone loves themselves some bacon. Bacon has infiltrated everything, there's bacon vodka, bacon cupcakes, baconnaise, and even bacon lip balm. However, I had no idea that the salty treat was so popular in Japan.

Burger King Japan has promoted bacon in the Far East. The fast food chain offers their customers the opportunity to baconize their Whoppers. For a mere 100 yen or $1.24, Japanese Burger King patrons can multiply their chances of heart disease and add 15 extra pieces of bacon on their burger. But one pork-loving gentleman scoffed at the petty 15 strips and piled on 1050 meaty morsels of fatty goodness. The bacon-loaded Whopper is nearly a foot in height and costs a pricey $86.85. So would you pack on the pounds and consume this bacon monstrosity?
