This is the worst implant ever, no two ways about it, but when the implant is displaced like it is in the beginning of the video you could draw two dots on it and pass her asscheek off as a gigantic pig snout. She could also flip the other implant over during doggy-style sex and let the guy play the bongos. If she can work out a queef or two while he's handling the percussion, you've got yourself a real fine time. I think I just talked myself into wanting that guy to be me... This is concerning.
