It's been something of a banner week for action sports videos that make you want to do something crazy with your life—or at least go outside today.

Today, we're treated to the mountain bike stylings of Andreu Lacondeguy, who created this video to show off his new training compound outside of Barcelona. The video is no less than a masterpiece of action sports filmmaking. Well worth a watch.
