Most of the time, when you see one of these fail videos, the payoff is pretty simple and obvious: A reporter outside during a hurricane gets hit in the nuts by some debris. A newsman accidentally drops an f-bomb on air. Etc.

This one, though: This one put me in a giggle fit for a solid minute straight. It's seemingly just a guy struggling to use a touchscreen, but over and over again, he screws things up. Windows fly in and out, he shrinks things to microscopic sizes, everything is crooked, and through it all, we have no clue what he's saying (unless you speak French). Honestly, it's one of the funniest newscaster videos I've ever seen. I wouldn't lie to you.
