And China's Xie Guizhong is the holder of that record. 

This interesting feat occured last week at some event China held, that seemed to be solely designed to break world records. Flashes of that "Hey Arnold" episode where they tried all sorts of whack things to get into the Guiness Book of World records, only to break the world-record for most attempts to break a world-record.
