If you get f*cked by the long dick of the law, it's always good to give 'em whats coming. This dude got a $137 parking ticket, so naturally decided to pay it with $1 bills folded in the shape of origami pigs. 

Some may say he eventually chickened out (he eventually succumbed to unfolding them all), but if his purpose was to piss off excessively unecessary bureaucracy, it's a job well done. It's almost funny how awesome that clerk dude thinks he is, relative to how awesome he actually is. This is a pent up authority complex at it's finest.
