Three people are dead and at least 50 more are still unaccounted for after a luxury cruise liner carrying more than 4,200 people ran aground off the coast of Italy on Friday. The photos of the Costa Concordia listing at 20 degrees off of the island of Giglio are incredible and the stories of panic following the accident are just as dramatic. It all happened during dinner time — hours before a planned evacuation drill — leaving passengers to jump off the ship into the frigid waters below. All this happened three months shy of the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. Something makes us think there were no bands playing this time around.
